60/90 TRAINING CAMP

This camp is designed to provide experienced players the opportunity to fully experience the training system of a minor league baseball player. Players will improve fielding and hitting mechanics through advanced drills, plays, and defensive formations taught by high level baseball trainers and a curriculum based off the training programs of the Tampa Bay Rays, San Francisco Giants and Cleveland Indians organizations.

Perfect for the summer travel player or High School player looking to elevate their game through hard work, hustle and committment.

Dedicated pitchers and catchers workouts
College showcase prep including 60 yard dash training and Rapsodo data collection

$400/week. Save $25/week for 4+ weeks and $50/week for 7+ weeks

A Typical 60/90 Camp Day Daily Schedule

9:00 AM - Players check-in at field with training staff
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM Dynamic warmup, stretch and throwing program
9:30 AM - 10:00 AM - Showcase Prep (60 yard dash, shuttle, bat speed etc)
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM - Strength and Conditioning Session

10:45 AM - 12:00 - Field and position Work (Pitchers and Catchers are mid-week)
12:00 PM - 1:15 PM - Hitting Program or Simulated Game action
Fridays will be data analysis of players progress that week and through summer
1:15 PM - Players dismissed directly from field
